Statement of Impartiality

International Resource for Conformity Assessment (IRCA) is a legal entity responsible for personnel certification activities; any reference to IRCA in this Policy and Public Statement refers to this legal entity.
IRCA, our Directors, Staff and Subcontractors fully understand the importance of impartiality in undertaking Personnel certification activities.
IRCA has documented structures, policies and procedures to manage impartiality and to ensure that the certification activities are undertaken impartially, and has top management commitment to impartiality in certification activities. IRCA therefore, ensure that in all our dealings with candidates or potential candidates all employees or other personnel are and will remain impartial.
To ensure that impartiality is both maintained and can be demonstrated, IRCA has identified and risk assessed all relationships which may result in a conflict of interest or pose a threat to impartiality.
